Learn how to open a lower sash window that is stuck for improved airflow and safety. Old wood windows have often been painted shut, which is very unsafe in an emergency.
Note: Original wood windows were made to be repaired, NOT replaced, and they were designed to be maintained from the inside of your home--even better! The window in this video is around 135 years old.
