RETURN POLICY
Notify My Old House Fix immediately by emailing us at info@myoldhousefix.com, if you wish to return a product for any reason. Please be patient with us as we try to accurately assess the cause of the problem. An RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Number must be assigned prior to return.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
UNOPENED PRODUCT RETURNS:
A product which is still sold on the My Old House Fix website https://myoldhousefix.com/ and is unopened in its original packaging may be shipped back to My Old House Fix for a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Technical Data and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any package passing inspection as unopened and unused will be refunded as described herein.
My Old House Fix must open and inspect the product(s) to assure all components are returned and operational. A $20 restocking fee and any non-refundable items will be deducted from the original purchase price and the balance will be refunded.
Note: return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer/customer.
OPENED PRODUCT RETURNS:
Product(s) opened are considered “used” as they cannot be resold at full value by My Old House Fix. The customer is responsible for thoroughly cleaning the products and for packing and shipping products back to My Old House Fix within 14 calendar days of purchase for inspection. My Old House Fix must open and inspect the product(s) to assure all components are returned and operational. If repair or cleaning is required to refurbish the product, other charges will be deducted. A $40 restocking fee and any non-refundable items will be deducted from the original purchase price and the balance will be refunded.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS:
Problems (other than shipping damage) occurring within one year of the purchase of the product may be considered under the Limited Warranty. Please be patient with us as we try to accurately diagnose the problem. We will ask: the date of your purchase; the product ordered; what problem occurred and when it happened. We may ask for photographs.
